Tim Irwin

As General Manager of Aesthete, Tim provides strategic leadership across operations, infrastructure and long-term direction, supporting the continued development of the organisation.

Before joining Aesthete, Tim spent more than two decades within Queensland's Tier 1 commercial construction sector, delivering complex, large-scale projects recognised for their quality and execution. His background spans leadership, project delivery, operational management and organisational strategy.

In 2021, Tim left a successful construction career to join Aesthete full-time, personally overseeing the design, development and construction of the Maroochydore flagship. This marked a significant milestone for the organisation, laying the foundation for its long-term vision.

Today, Tim leads strategic partnerships, business development and organisational planning, with a focus on sustainable growth and future opportunities. His professional interests include organisational strategy, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development and business transformation.

Working alongside Founder and Director Janette Irwin, Tim is committed to building an enduring organisation defined by integrity, excellence and long-term contribution. His work focuses on strengthening the foundations that will support Aesthete, its practitioners and the communities it serves for generations to come.
