As Aesthete’s original Clinical Skin Therapist, Karlia established the organisation’s Clinical Skin & Laser Division, ensuring every protocol reflects the latest advances in dermal science, laser technology and evidence-based clinical care.

Working alongside Aesthete’s integrative medical and aesthetic teams, Karlia’s clinical practice is strengthened by multidisciplinary collaboration, allowing a more comprehensive approach to complex skin conditions, skin ageing and long-term treatment planning. Karlia's practice is centred on optimising skin quality, restoring biological function and addressing the cumulative effects of ageing, sun exposure and inflammatory skin disorders through contemporary dermal and laser medicine.

Beyond Aesthete, Karlia is an accredited Clinical Skin and Laser Trainer with the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS).
