Imogen is a Patient Concierge at Aesthete, supporting the delivery of a seamless and highly personalised patient experience across the organisation’s derm-aesthetic, skin and wellness services. Working closely alongside the practice team, her role encompasses patient coordination, clinical imaging, treatment preparation and ongoing support throughout each stage of care.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Imogen holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Creative Product Design from the University of the West of England. Her professional background spans healthcare administration, business operations, client services and creative design, contributing a unique combination of organisation, communication and attention to detail.
