BEYOND TRADITIONAL
COSMETIC MEDICINE

Derm-Aesthetic Medicine represents Aesthete's philosophy that healthier skin, facial ageing and long-term rejuvenation should never be approached through isolated treatments alone.

Historically, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery and clinical skin practice have operated as separate disciplines. While each plays an important role, exceptional outcomes are increasingly achieved through integration rather than separation.

At Aesthete, every recommendation begins with understanding the broader picture. Clinical assessment considers skin biology, facial structure, ageing patterns, regenerative capacity and long-term treatment objectives before developing a personalised treatment strategy.

Derm-Aesthetic Medicine is not defined by the technologies we use, but by the way we think.

Every recommendation follows a structured process designed to understand your presentation before determining the most appropriate treatment pathway.

Derm-Aesthetic Medicine
Exclusive At Aesthete

Derm-Aesthetic Medicine is Aesthete's proprietary philosophy of aesthetic medicine, integrating advanced injectables, regenerative medicine, clinical skin science, laser technologies and collaborative specialist care within a single clinical framework.

Rather than viewing each discipline independently, every recommendation considers how multiple areas of practice may work together to achieve healthier skin, natural facial rejuvenation and more predictable long-term outcomes.

This integrated methodology forms the foundation of every consultation undertaken at Aesthete.

Referral

Regenerative
Treatment Pathways

Regenerative medicine forms an important part of Aestheté's broader philosophy of Derm-Aesthetic Medicine.

Rather than focusing solely on visible signs of ageing, regenerative therapies support the biological processes responsible for tissue repair, collagen production and long-term skin quality. When clinically appropriate, these treatments may be integrated with aesthetic medicine, laser technologies and advanced clinical skin therapies to create more comprehensive and personalised treatment pathways.

The objective is not simply to improve the appearance of the skin, but to support healthier tissue capable of ageing more naturally over time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Derm-Aesthetic Medicine reflects Aesthete’s integrated philosophy of aesthetic and restorative medicine, combining Aesthetic Medicine, regenerative medicine, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery within one evolving framework of care.

Yes. Comprehensive consultation and clinical assessment are required prior to commencement of most treatment pathways to ensure suitability, safety and personalised treatment planning.

To support the most accurate assessment and treatment experience, we recommend attending your appointment with no makeup or skincare application where possible.

Certain medications and supplements, including anti-inflammatory medications, fish oil and alcohol, may increase the risk of bruising following some aesthetic procedures.

Patients experiencing active cold sores (HSV-1), infections, wounds or periods of illness may require treatment postponement for patient safety and optimal healing outcomes. More detailed preparation guidance will be provided prior to treatment where clinically relevant.

Depending on clinical suitability, treatment approach and appointment allocation, some non-surgical procedures may be considered within the same appointment as consultation. Surgical procedures require separate specialist consultation, planning and consideration of procedural recovery and downtime.

Every treatment pathway at Aesthete is individually designed according to skin condition, facial structure, treatment goals, regenerative capacity and long-term patient outcomes.
